At The Golf Venue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that custom-fitted clubs and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective headcovers or accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
